Refund Policy

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

You can cancel a FINdr Pro subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments immediately. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro payment and have not used any Pro-only features, we will give you a full refund.

If you have used Pro features, or the 14-day period has passed, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

We do not refund partial months for a cancelled subscription that has already run part of its billing period, except where required by law.

Email contactus@findr-career-compass.com with the subject "Refund request" and your account email. Tell us when you subscribed and why you are asking for a refund.
